NMOLÉ is a nonprofit professional association for language teachers in New Mexico, dedicated to promoting the effective teaching of all languages. NMOLÉ is an affiliate of ACTFL (the American Council of Teachers of Foreign Languages) and SWCOLT (the Southwest Conference on Language Teaching).

Mission Statement
The purposes of the New Mexico Organization of Language Educators (NM OLÉ) shall be to promote world language instruction and development of such programs within the State of New Mexico, to support world language teachers and their professional development, to provide a unified voice/spokesperson addressing issues of world language instruction at the New Mexico state level, and to provide a forum for sharing ideas and concerns among world language teachers.
Vision Statement
NMOLÉ will provide support to world language teachers and their professional development by providing one main conference in the fall every year and one mini-conference in the spring every year. Conferences will include presentations about language teaching and learning as well as provide a forum for teachers all over New Mexico and beyond to share ideas and concerns. NMOLÉ will advocate for world language instruction at the state, regional, and national levels.
